E-Mailing Outlook Contacts

I have a huge list of contacts at another location in Outlook that I need e-mailed to me, so I can plug the list into my Outlook.

Anyone know how to do this?

You can subscribe to Plaxo (free) and have them all saved online and then download them on to the other computer.

How do you create groups?

Export them to a pst & then import it in the new location.
